Great Grandma Mary Grace Zimmerman
1 cup sugar
4 egg yolks (set aside whites)
2 Tbls flour
2 cups milk
Cook until coats spoon. Remove and cool.
With 1/4 cup cold water, dissolve 1 package of unflavored gelatin.
Stir into custard.
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Pour over 1 angel food cake (crumbled) in 15" by 10" pan.
Sprinkle 1 package of shredded coconut over the mixture and 1/2 pint of whipping cream.
Set in fridge.
